Superior Filtration Without Sacrificing Airflow
What good is more power if your engine is exposed to harmful debris?
Attack Blue spent years developing its proprietary dry nanofiber technology, designed to deliver exceptional airflow while capturing extremely fine contaminants. Traps dirt down to 0.3 sub micron (about the size of some bacteria!) helping prevent harmful debris from entering your engine.

These ultra-fine fibers create a complex filtration path that captures dirt, and debris while still feeding your engine for maximum performance. The result is better filtration, reduced engine wear, and long-term engine protection.

Dry, Washable, and Reusable
Unlike traditional oiled filters, Attack Blue filters are completely dry. No oils or chemicals are required that could contaminate sensitive sensors.
Fully washable and reusable. Simply clean it with soap and water and reinstall once dry. This saves money over time while maintaining peak filtration performance.

Enhanced Performance Sound
Many enthusiasts report a slightly louder and more aggressive intake tone, particularly during cold starts or heavy acceleration—an added bonus for drivers who enjoy the sound of performance.

Proudly Made in the USA
Every Attack Blue filter is 100% designed and manufactured in the USA, combining advanced filtration technology, quality materials, and precision manufacturing to deliver performance you can trust.

How does this compare, performance wise, to the K&N (which is oiled)?

Besides the design, of the 2 filters, the biggest difference is the media. Like most filters, K&N uses traditional cotton, and or gauze. It has oil as a "tackifier" used to catch /stick the dirt to the media.

The Attack Blue use's modern nanofiber technology for its filtration media, which is a completely different animal. The strands are microscopic. Extremely smaller than traditional cotton and gauze. This allows more media fiber to be packed and causes a much more treacherous path catching far smaller (sub micron!) particulate while following more air.
The Attack Blue media is dry. No oil is used. So there is no chance in fouling any electronic sensors as well. However, the Attack blue nano is still washable with just soap and water. No chemicals used.

As for power.. I don't know what the K&N Z06 filter does because they don't post (or I have not seen) any dyno numbers.
We are pretty happy with the latest results for the new Attack blue GEN 2 filters.
Thank you

Very interesting. Looks like to me this will give the large majority of the gains seen with the several lower priced (but still $$$) CAI options out there. This kind of doesn't surprise me though.

Once my 27 needs its stock filters changed, I'll be keeping this in mind. I'd rather not spend 1K or more on a CAI when this would give 75% or more of the gains.
