You have no room to jack up the car on each side of your garage? If so use a scissor jack to jack up each tire and put the wheel Dollie’s under each wheel. Get 4 guys one on each corner of the car. Once the Dollie’s are in place guide the car out.
Yeah I should just go and buy the scissor jacks and dollies myself because the roadside assistance has been useless.
But my issue will still be waiting for the 12v battery as the dealership is not trained on these vehicles and would just replace rather then waking up battery from UVP mode.

Hmm, my C8 Certified tech is great BUT no question when he certified no E-Rays. Plus no GM 12 volt Li-Ion info in Owner's Manual or in the several page GM Tech Link (October 2024) re the E-Ray 12 volt Li-Ion battery did not cover.
My Guess, you might be able to disconnect the Li-Ion battery from the 300 volt EV battery via converter in the power system using the Green discounted (see my Pic below) and it might start and run long enough to get out of the garage.
Per the GM Tech Link must disconnect the Li-Ion battery from the 300 volt EV battery via a converter in the power system using this Green plug BEFORE you disconnect the battery negative terminal. Putting it to OFF makes the car rear wheel drive only. IMO worth trying to see if after disconnecting another battery or even Jump Box connected to the battery terminals starts the car!
The local dealership sent over two certified technicians and a battety replacement was their suggestion at $2000 but have not been given a timeline for battery to arrive after 2 weeks.

Dealership has said not covered under warranty. I do have a case open with GM Care and have been waiting on them to hear back for over a week about warranty coverage.

Well, if it does turn out to not be covered, then I would not even take it to the dealer, I'd buy an aftermarket battery to replace the original, probably save you a lot of money.
But, I can't imagine it not being covered, car isn't 3 years old yet, unless warranty is different in Canada.

Hmm, I have an early E-Ray at the local dealer February 2024. It was part of the 1st 100 on GM's QC Hold which they do for new models. All released at the same time. The only made sooner were GM Exec Cars driver to check for issues. They were sold with a restricted warranty, as always.
ouch.. Why haul the car around. just take out the battery yourself, take to GM for testing, if they wont replace it then get a better version that has the emergency backup thats easy to activate. It does seem silly that the stock ones do that but doesn't seem there is a way to easily unlock it.
If I take the battery out myself they would void warranty.
I did speak with someone else today from GM Care that reached out to me and they suggest waiting on dealership to order new battery and that this was the first case of an e-ray needing a new 12v lithium battery.
