I am hoping someone can help me. While redoing my 63 instrument cluster I removed the headlight switch connector and noticed it is broken, so much so that the wires will not stay attached to the connector housing. The plastic where the individual wires lock in place is broken. Does someone have an old harness that they would be willing to cut the headlight switch connector off and sell it to me, or does anyone know where I could get a new connector housing. Thanks, Mitch
Well I ordered the connector from speedway a long with the new headlight switch. I got them this morning. The headlight switch is the same as the one in my dash , but the connector is wrong. From what I am understanding the headlight switch in a 63 is the same as a 58-63. The 64 and up are different. The connector they sent me appears to fit a 64 through maybe 67. I called and talked to someone and they put me through to tech support. After being on hold for 25 minutes I gave up. Has anyone else had this issue? I tried to find a 58-63 connector but no luck so far.
