Default OBD port...covered?
So I find my OBD port and its bare. I would think it would have a cover on it. Is it suppose to?

Never seen a cover until I googled it. Looks like you can buy one if you need it.

I've never had a covered OBD port. No cover is necessary.

None of the cars I have had has had a cover on the OBD port - never had any need for one.

I had a few OBDI system cars from Ford & GM and they had covers. I do think GM deleted the covers in the OBDII cars. The covers probably got lost often so why use them?

Paragon Performance makes one to use to keep thieves from accessing the port. I have been thinking of getting one.
