Default In Search of z06 Brake Cooling kit.. ?

so, I bot my 2025 z06 used (5k miles, from one previous owner.). I just realized that it does not have any of the Brake Cooling Kit plastic pieces installed,
and the place where I bot it does not have it either. It is supposedly in a big plastic bag when it arrives from the factory and the dealer is supposed to
to install them, around each of the 4 wheels.

I track all my cars at NCM so I need these.

I just contacted my local dealer's parts department and he says GM has a part number, but says "no availability".

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any thoughts on where I can get this kit? referring to the pic below, i'm talking 2,3 & 4.

thanks!

All the pieces have individual part numbers as well, so if the "kit"is not available, have the dealer check the individual part numbers Odd (but not impossible) that the fronts are not installed, they aren't obvious ducts like the rears, so double check those. From a quick search on chevroletparts.com, looks like most or all of the rears are available, but much of the front has no stock available....
