I hate getting codes nine times out of 10 I can get them fixed. But this one 1235 I'm having no luck with it it's the right rear speed sensor. It's been on for a couple of weeks now I've deleted it and come right back I disconnected the battery comes right back I'm not sure what else I have to do I took the wheel off took the sensor plug off sprayed it with the electrical contact cleaner put it back on to no avail. Anybody's got any hints I'm open for suggestions.
TIA

If spraying the connector or disconnecting the battery the extent of your electrical skills take your car to an auto electric shop...you can try to follow the factory flow chart below...one of the 2 wires on the harness has a 5 volt bias on it when the key is turned on...this bias voltage can help in diagnosing this.
well i have the ohm resistance in the range, and the voltage is 4.78.
so am thinking the power to it is ok.. maybe the sensor itself , not sure
i have had the light come on before, but as along as one drives straight for a bit with out turning the steering wheel
it goes away. and the sometime says, warming up. those don t bother me ..this one doesn t bother me too much
either, i can drive without it.
