Glass Roof Panel

Picked up a 2000 Corvette Coupe. Factory color is Millennium Yellow. Glass roof panel has delamination. Anyone ever have their glass roof panel wrapped?

Lots have done it.
Popular to do a black wrap along with the a-pillars and the halo bar, making the whole top black.

Thanks for the advise. That is a great idea. I was also looking to wrap it the factory color.

I sanded mine smooth and had a body shop clear coat it. Took a long time but it was winter in Minnesota so you have a lot of time on your hands in January.
Since I have both tops I didn't want to wrap the lexan one.

The guy before me wrapped the panel and the hoop.

It is not my style so I'm going to paint the panel when I do my new Tigershark bumper so the whole car matches.

They do look tight.

Once I paint the nose and roof and have some experience I may go back and do a flat or matte black ring at the lights and lower valence. It may go from being known as King Kong to being The Coon with the obvious black mask on the rear end.

I emailed them to inquire about any splitters remaining for the nose. I don't think I could get away with one in this state without it being ripped off somewhere but I'd like to collect one so I have the option in the future.

^ I never ran with a front splitter on mine. My car is way way too low and would be a waste of time and money in my case

Plus I just think they look better without the splitter because they are two distinct pieces.

Maybe if they looked seamless I'd have a different opinion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
