Trunk Bib Cover

I had one of these on my C7. It unfolded out over the rear spoiler to avoid scratches, dents, dings, etc. Has anyone seen or bought one for the C8 ?

I believe its a factory option.

It's listed as a "Rear Fascia Protector" $150

I bought the factory one to go over my mid-wing. Works as expected. Only complaint is it interferes with the cargo net or when I put the targa roof in the trunk. It comes off easily so I just fold it up and drop it in the frunk when I need the roof off.

For those of you have have the protector, what does the backside look like? Is it like a soft microfiber or is it the same shiny material of the outside?

it uses two of the outside hooks used for the cargo net. Slips on with elastic loops and cinches up.

it’s like a soft cotton like liner. Like anything that touches your paint, just keep the paint clean from grit.

I have one. I have never used it. For me it was a waste of money. It’s more trouble than it’s worth. I have the Z51 spoiler and it is easy to put stuff in the trunk and not bump the spoiler. Once you use it you then have to roll it back up in the trunk that you just loaded with stuff. Don’t waste your money. Sam
