Curious if anybody has this pro pack 8plus by rotary 4 post lift and Is there enough clearance between the poles with the z06 or Grand sport if is it a tight fit
Curious if anybody has this pro pack 8plus by rotary 4 post lift and Is there enough clearance between the poles with the z06 or Grand sport if is it a tight fit
My 2019 Z06 just fits on my DirectLift (part of Rotary Solutions) Pro Park 8S. It's SMALLER than the Pro Park 8 PLUS, so a Z or GS should fit more comfortably than they do on mine. (To be clear, I work on and store my Z on my Pro Park 8S, so you shouldn't have any problems.)
I have a 4 post and the fit is fine. You can google for the dimensions, and the lift will have a drive-through dimension. It should fit but those dimensions will tell you for sure.
On the 8 Standard when you say just fits is it close with the mirrors the wide body
Yes, but I've backed my Z on and driven it off, without folding the mirrors or any incident, for almost seven years. Rear wheels extend about an inch on either side of the runways, so care is required, but it's doable. I do my own routine maintenance on the lift and I've stored it on there for months at-a-time with zero issues.
If you're worried about it, go with a Pro Park 8 PLUS (which offers wider runway spacing and more clearance between the columns) to mitigate the concern.
I went with this 4 post lift for my C7 Z06 and 2001 Camaro SS. Which ever lift you buy, make sure it's wide enough for the tires. With my Z06, I only have like 1.5 inches on each side of the tires.
