I am trying to come up with something to 3D print, to cover the round area on the left side of the engine surround that the carbon fiber cover leaves open.
This is what I have so far. Any ideas appreciated.
You have Z51 performance suspension listed twice. You also didn't correct the LT3 when it should be 3LT. It probably makes more sense to have the Z51 mentioned instead of the 3LT package. For the blue text, I'd probably limit it to just HP and torque.

Why is there a void on the left side? What kind of overlay package did you buy? Also as mentioned correct the LT3 to 3LT or just leave it off altogether. Nice that you have a 3D printer, we have several at my place of work.
There are no voids on the left side (driver side) on my C8 Z51 3LT. There is one circular opening on the right side (passenger) for the coolant surge tank and pressure cap and an oblong opening with the oil fill and dipstick access.
I'm not at all sure what "round area on the left side of the engine surround that the carbon fiber cover leaves open" you are trying to cover.

Can you post a photo?
Look at the picture you posted. There is only 1 circle in the engine bay on the Driver side. He's making the sticker to fit that circle .
