Cracked windshield from a rock ship impact which later spread. Need your input if you have replaced this recently. Cost and any reputable places in Houston area ?
Your insurance should cover the repair subject to the deductible. Fortunately for us, AZ is one of several states that mandate zero deductible glass repair. Don't think TX is on that short list? But should be covered under the Comprehensive coverage.
Call a nearby Safelite shop to get the ball rolling. They will take care of everything with that call. Even do the work in your driveway. Been there done that with an F150.
Could be a local guy as good? But likely not better.

If me, I would call Safelite. Great experience with my 5 month old 2011 ZR1 with replacement at home under my carport.
Yes...I know nothing about Houston, but I have had Safelite replace 5 windshields .... including a motorhome and a 911.....at my home without a problem and at a price no one in the area could approach....they were prompt and professional and respectful of my property and concerns....
