Term and Conditions pop up after 3 year Trans Service
I also paid to replace the DCT filter again. (I just can't see a fluid exchange without a new filter)
The dealer did reset the Trans fluid and DCT filter monitor.
Everything feels fine and the car drives as it should.
Today after about a 10 mile round trip this "Terms and Conditions" screen popped up as I was slowly driving in the driveway heading for the garage.
Sure seems odd on a near 3 year old car to have to agree to their terms and conditions to be able to "use the system".
I'm reluctant to agree as I do not want to be tracked or monitored. I do have OnStar, BTW.
What happens if I decline? Is this just a glitch? I recall turning off the GM "Smart Driver" option on the phone app shortly after I purchased this car brand new in 2023.
Anyone else encounter this? Should I just accept and move on?
Thanks!

Apparently the "Terms and Conditions pop up is not a common issue.
I shut off with the notice still onscreen. When i fired up the next day the notice was gone and has not returned.
Just a glitch I guess. Nothing to worry about. My C8 has been trouble free for almost 3 years now. Can't fuss about that!
