Shear plate bolts.
I want to swap out the stock ones for standard. 20mm or 25mm long? Zinc plated or "high-quality alloy steel class 10.9, which has higher corrosion resistance and anti-rust "? I think stainless would be overkill. What about dissimilar metal corrosion or needing anti-seize?
25 is enough to get, right? It's been 2 1/2 years since I did it last time.

I bought some from Amazon. I haven't installed yet.
25 of the M8 is good. I was thinking of using low-strength Loctite but it probably isn't needed due to locking flange.

@C5racecar showed some bolts that he purchased which looked similar to the OEM bolts but hex head.

I did see the post, sorry I didn't respond. I'm looking at more standard bolts without the locking cuts on the flange. Like these.

Just be warned, Stainless has a tendency to galling and not want to be removed. Especially adding Loctite too.

Awesome. May I suggest to make the oval the same width as the oil opening (they will be in line) and about 8" long. That is not only best looking but most practical. Good luck!
