So I want to get a high end polisher/buffer and decided on getting a RUPES but was stuck between two models. I was planning on doing a paint correction on one of my cars this weekend and needed to place the order today to get it by Saturday. Well I have been calling their support/sales support all day and all I get is voice mail, the operator said she has no idea what their schedule is and can’t help. So I missed my window to order for the weekend, frustrating because I wont’t have time again for a few more months…
Now I am questioning if I should go this route, I don’t want to shell out top dollar for a product that I can’t get help with.
Is this normal for RUPES or did I just get them on an off day?

I wanted to share my recent experience and suggest that you consider getting a ShineMate cordless polisher. I just replaced my old Griot’s DA with the ShineMate EB351, which comes with a 6” plate and a 21mm throw, and I finally had a chance to use it last weekend. Honestly, I was blown away by how powerful and smooth it is—it really made a noticeable difference in both performance and ease of use.
Another big advantage is the price; the ShineMate is just a fraction of the cost compared to the Rupes, making it a really practical option without compromising on quality. If you’re thinking about upgrading or adding to your gear, this model is definitely worth considering.
