Hereby my introduction, my new to me car, and some I previously owned. Living in Amsterdam, 60 years old and a lifelong petrol head (son of a car mechanic, so go figure).
I just bought a C7 GS MY 2017 with 14000 miles on it. The C7 was never officially sold in the Netherlands so there aren't a lot of them around. After owning a 968, the 911 (996) a GTR R35 its finally time for an American car. It's very unfortunate few US manufacturers have dealerships overhere. The car is ready for pick up next week so the long wait is starting.
Will do all the service myself and perhaps some tuning (Heads, Cam, Headers, Intake manifold). Ordered transmission, oil filter, and diff oil. Now looking for the right engine oil. Most likely candidate is Mobile ESP X4 0W40 readily available. The tires are really old with 8 years, so they have to go.
