Just for fun, I tried making a replica of the Stingray Z51 engine specification plaque by laser engraving and cutting aluminum coated ABS. Let me know if you want my LightBurn file. Here is the material I used:
In the picture below, the plaque is just laying in the location for reference. I have to check on the thermal resistance of the material, but it is not being used for anything structural so maybe it will be fine.

How did you mount it to the location? Looks Perfect.
Do you know if your file can be exported in a format that will work with RDWorks or can you export it to a .dwx format?
I can export in these formats.
• SVG (*.svg)
• Illustrator (*.ai)
• Autocad DXF (*.dxf)
Google AI said that RDWorks can support .ai and .dxf formats.
PM me your email if you want to try one of these formats.
For this project, I’m using a 10 watt 445nm laser. My units are mm/min and percent power in the LightBurn screen shot below. I have a green square outline in the lower right that is setup to take about a minute to trace at 0 power to allow me time to do adjust up the air flow for the final cut to prevent burn marks.
Very nice. I never saw this before. I can't do colors but maybe black and silver. I'd probably need to make spacer for the void underneath and tweak a couple things to differentiate this from the GM version. Now you have me intrigued.
Looks very nice, the original is upwards of $70 if my memory serves.

In 2020 it was available from a small time vendor here. It was before the small plaques showed up. As I recall, the guy/vendor got shutdown doing the plaque by GM due to copyright infringement. I know of no others that do something comparable now.
