I have a 2023 Stingray HTC, and find that the lack of storage inside is becoming a problem. Does anyone have recommendations for items available that will allow us to store items like cell phones, extra water bottles, snacks, etc. that allow you to access them while driving? I've seen a sling that hangs between seats, not much more. Let me know. Thanks.

Haven't seen anything yet but I agree that storage in the cabin is woefully lacking. There just isn't a lot of space in there, maybe some netting on the passenger side tunnel.
I was going to post a smart assed answer but the truth is there just isn't any great way to add meaningful storage.

Agree, Storage in the cabin and rest of the car compared to the C7 are definitely less and probably the only downfall, but it is a 2 seater sports car, so you can't really expect much more.....
As far as recommendations: Put the cell phone in the cell phone holder (where it's supposed to be). You shouldn't need to access it while driving if you are using Apple CarPlay / Android Auto. Cupholders for your water bottles, and an extra bottle fits in the door liner. Snacks might fit in the glovebox....
I have the tray that sits up behind the video screen. It has a phone attachment. I was worried it would be cheap and rattle. It looks like it came with the car. Sam
How many water bottles do you need? I don’t allow food in the car, but a sling or small bag on passenger side might do the trick. Problem I’d think with the dash mount add on would be heat.

No problem with heat. It holds my wallet, keys, walkie talkie (when on a car club run) and anything else you keep in your pockets. Sam

I found that need too. Here is what I did (inexpensively) and I am satisfied with it.
1. It matches
2. Somewhat hidden
3. Does not get in the way
4. Holds a reasonable amount of stuff
5. Is not a permanent mount, nor disfigures anything
Using a sharp box cutter blade, I cut down the gun holster so the top would slip under the driver side plastic molding and the bottom would catch the bottom of the carpet. After that was cut to a good size, I mounted the bin/storage to the holster.
It works great. The whole thing is well under my throttle knee. It does not get in my way or annoy me. I can remove it or install it faster than I can get up off my knees 🥵

Many (but not all) Corvette owners drive their cars more and actually use them as automobiles.
So, they want/need more practicality.
I don’t disagree, but there are probably as many Corvette owners who use them differently and wish they had less waisted space and were lighter..I am one of those who wish they lost the trunk and made the car smaller/lighter….…. This is one of the reasons why I think when they make a model like the Grand Sport or the SR, vs the Z06 there should be more differences. For instance, maybe the GS has more storage in the CAB and has a trunk, more of a cruiser. But make the Z06 with less CAB storage, non removable roof, no trunk more track/racing specific.
I know all the financial reasons why people will say GM won't/can’t do it….just saying...
If I need storage I just drive my truck. My HTC is just for taking the boy to school and ripping around town after 6pm for some fun though. I’m willing to bet most C8 owners have several cars/trucks to choose from anyway.
