Default Repeated leaks from HTC

I have a 2023 with the HTC. I have had constant issues out of the hard top leaking. It’s been so bad at some points that I have had splashable puddles in the floor behind the seats. It has been to the dealership 4 times so far and I am dropping it off for the 5th time next week. They have done the TSB with the foam, they have had a field service engineer out (allegedly, they won’t share the TAC number with me) they have adjusted it, re shimmed it etc. with no resolution. I will give the dealership credit that they are trying to get it fixed. They also advocated on my behalf to have the factory warranty extended to 80k for the top issues and any associated corrosion. So I don’t feel like they are brushing me off but they have it for a month every time I drop it off. I am at my wits end with this issue. I daily drive the car. It CANNOT continue to leak. I need help finding someone at GM that cares that they can’t fix this car. Does anyone know someone? Have a phone number? Is there some sort of customer service rep on the boards?

any insights or thoughts on the issue would be hugely appreciated!

I bought the car used (14k miles) well within B2B warranty. If I hadn’t bought it used I would certainly be looking to Lemon Law it. I absolutely love the car it just needs to stay dry.

Hopefully someone else can chime in that has had the same problem. Stinks for this to keep on happening.

Not that it helps, but I’ve gone to GM service help line and they have never been any help. Lots of “we feel for you” and “that’s terrible this is happening” but no action or follow up of any kind. They close my case without reason and I have to create a new one.

I’ve had the opposite with calling GM customer service reps. I had an issue with a 2500 and they fixed me right up.

Are they sure it’s a top leak? The AC system condensate drain line runs through the cabin and is known to fail causing water to pool on the passenger's floor board.

if this is he root cause, they could be chasing their tail going after the top.

if you run hose water over the top, does it make its way inside?

Unfortunately it is 100% coming from the top. I have many pictures and videos of it actively leaking in from the roof. The issue is that it doesn’t happen consistently. The dealer typically can’t duplicate. My guess is that the roof is not closing consistently every time. It always says it’s closed and I always check the windows before I get out of the car etc. I don’t get any error messages that the top is out of place when driving. In fact I always hold the button until it puts all the windows up just to make absolutely sure there is no chance that it’s me causing inconsistency

Does anyone have any experience with the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act? I hate to say it but I’m pretty strongly considering contacting a lawyer at this point.

Some other detail that may be pertinent to the attorney why discussion if anyone has any insight. I live in Knoxville TN, and the car is registered here. But I bought it used from a dealer in GA. Anyone know if that means I go by GA laws for buying used cars or TN laws?
