Is an a eventuri intake or corsa worth the upgrade? Or is the Attack Blue Gen2 filter do the job just as good? I have heard mixed reviews on CAIs and just leaves me confused. I am new to the z06 community and really need help on what route to take. Any advice?
I have not seen anyone testing the Attack Blue Gen2 filter but I would see if you can find some testing numbers. Essentially just the filter by itself will not yield anything substantial, but paired with new throttle bodies (91's or 92") may give you what you are looking for. i have Corsa CAI with 91mm throttle bodies and enjoy the low end and mid range bump and induction. Would do it again.
If you like the filters, I would get some new throttle bodies and the filters and I bet you will be happy with the purchase. It would be minimal investment and probably best bang for the buck. I might have gave that a try if they were out when I was shopping.
I added the Soler 91 TBs a couple weeks ago along with the new Attack Blue versions. I can’t say the filters added a lot of power, but the throttle bodies are definitely a noticeable improvement in drive ability.

When Corvettes made 300HP, gaining an extra 5-10HP from a CAI was a much bigger deal. On a 670HP Z06, a 10HP gain would be a 1.49% gain, which almost no one is actually going to feel in the real world. To me, it's not worth the headache and $$$. For what an Eventuri costs, I can do a track weekend. Maybe once my stock filter need chaning I'll swap in the Attack Blue, but even that is questionable as it's 2x the OE filter price.
