Default #1 Most Common Part Failure?

#1 Most Common Part Failure
Lyle at C & S Corvettes identified the "Accessory Main Belt Tensioner Assembly" as the #1 most common part failure for the C7. Repair cost for parts and labor approx $650.
My 2019 Corvette is fine but I wondered what our CF community has experienced.
If you had this problem, at what mileage or age was this replacement necessary?

#2 Most Common Part Failure
The runner-up failure he identified was Rubber Coupler failure with the Torque Tube.
I'm curious how prevalent this has been.

I have a 16 base. I did my belt tensioner around 30K . I did it myself. Easy job. I purchased my OEM tensioner from Rock Auto. Mine was still good. I just did it for preventive maintence.

The couplers on my torque tube died at 30k miles on my 2014 Z51 on the track. Scared the **** out of me. So that's one data point.

I had the belt tensioner go bad and replaced at 7,409 miles at a cost of $316.99. Thankfully replaced under extended warranty.

If a shop quotes $650 to replace the tensioner it’s time to find another shop.
