Hello, I was taking apart my speedometer gauge to replace the backlighting bulbs with lef. And I found a few of these laying in there (refer to the image). I’m not sure if I know what they are for. I’m sure I knocked them out of wherever they are supposed to go and I’m curious if anyone knows.
Just a guess, when you removed the speedometer head did you remove 2 hex head screws?
On a 77 speedometer head there's rubber grommets with small steel bushings that surround the rubber grommets...
