Default Fan turning on at 190F
Noticed my coolant temps dont go above 190 amd thats where the fans go on.
Thought they were supposed to turn on at 220F

There are two fans. Under normal operation, they come on at different temps. However, it is possible to change that with a tune. Both of mine turn on at 199, but it's got an aftermarket tune. My guess is you have something similar going on. It's not a bad thing.

It's a pretty basic setting change to make. It doesn't necessarily mean there were major changes made to the fuel mapping or anything. As long as the car is running well, I wouldn't be too concerned. It's good to be aware of it though.

my ac doesn't work cause the ac button flashes when i turn it on and then shuts off.

I Tuned my Z06 and set the Fans to come on at 195 Low 205 High. AC turns the Fans on High instantly below 35mph. That's a factory setting.

Sounds like there's an issue if your AC is not kicking on, might be one of the Pressure Sensors out.

ill use my obd2 Bluetooth dongle with in car doc app or torque app and see.
