Drivers-side B-Pillar Creak Noise
Any solutions on how to quiet that?
On the side with the noise look for contact between the halo and the rear quarter. To see this area open the rear hatch, go forward to where the halo comes down and meets the rear quarter panel in the weather strip channel (see pic w/arrow). If there is a gap it’s likely not your source. If it’s making contact it creates a creak noise that sounds like it’s coming from inside the car in the area you describe.
In my case I found a small piece of dense foam or rubber pad that I trimmed to fit between the two body panels. You may have to loosen the closest screw on the halo to get a little bit more play to fit the buffer pad inbetween. It solved my issue, hopefully yours is a similar fix.

I will look at that tonight and hopefully that is the source. I can put some rubber between those panels to stop the creak noise. Much appreciated!
