Does anyone have any experience with, "The Wheel Exchange"?

They send you chromed factory wheels, and you send your wheels back in exchange.

You understand that they are not actually chrome plated, right?
It is PVD finish, gets applied sort of like powder coating.
And, some wheels require a pretty hefty exchange deposit.
