Factory Top Repair DIY
Greetings
I have a question about rear window repair on a C5 . I have 2003 AE convertible and the rear window has lost its bond. I have contacted a few shops for Repair Cost estimate with no avail . They want to install a new top. Which my top is in excellent shape,
Has anyone succeeded in a DIY repair and been satisfied in the results? I have researched and read about the DIY. But still a little confused on a couple things

I have seen people show pictures of the repair here before.
Recall they got a couple of suction cups on rear glass and attached ropes or ratchet straps to something in their garage to pull the glass into the top while the adhesive cures.
Don’t blame you for wanting to fix it if the top is in good shape.
