Anyone here work at Campbell-Ewald in 1966/67 ? I would like to know whatever I can find out about the 1967 model Year Gateway Arch advertisement photo shoot. Sadly , Jim Bernadin has left us. I'm sure he knew all the details.
To start (besides any other details) , i'd like to know when the photo shoot occurred. And when , and where it was 1st published.
2025 C2 of the Year ('63 and '67) Finalist - Unmodified
The ad appeared in the New Yorker November 12, 1966 issue; Sports Illustrated November 14, 1966 and Venture’s February 3, 1967 issue. My Sunfire Yellow L71 was sold by Bill James Chevrolet in St. Louis so, this ad has a special place in my garage!

Thx much 567Corvette (your interior is orig. Blk?) ,
So what would one think would be the lead time for an ad. to have had both photos and text copy produced and approved. I'm trying to figure out how early the Gateway Arch ad. subject coupe might have been assembled.
And does anyone know any info. about Campbell-Ewald / Chev. promotional ad. cars. Would they be recorded as ordered thru Chevrolet internal zone numbers ? Or , might they be recorded as ordered thru a zone near where the advertisement photo shoot was planned to occur ?
