Default Perfect bucket for QuickJack oil changes is...

"Spill-Less DrainMate™ 14 Quart Oil Drain Container, Sealed Lid for Easy Transport, Spigot for Precise Fluid Transfer, Made in USA "

With my 8000TLX lift all the way up, there's around 6" of space between the top of the bucket, and the underbody of the car.

There was ZERO splash-back of hot oil, and there's a perforated shelf to catch the drain bolt or let the oil filter drain. And it's got a spigot to drain the oil back into bottles for transport to the landfill.

Oh sure, Skiddy! I did my first 3 year tranny fluid change last week. Thought I'd change the filter too. Dropped it in the pan of oil and took a bath! Then, I thought i'd do the annual oil change too. While the trans was dripping, I pulled the engine oil filter...dropped that in the pan too! another oil bath! I'm glad I was wearing safety glasses! If I would have known about the Drain mate, it may have been a better experience. I'll be sure to get one soon.
