Default Replacing OEM lip spoiler w/High Wing

With my apologies for asking something that's definitely been answered, the search terms are generic enough that I get a million results. Hoping someone who's done this can chime in. I have the OEM lip spoiler on my Stingray (attached) and I'd like to swap it for the High Wing spoiler.

For anyone who's done this - are the mount points the same? I'm concerned that I'll have the back end off and find that the lip spoiler is either just double-sided-taped on (no big deal) or has different holes altogether. Is the high wing a direct swap?

Looking to understand what I'll find underneath the spoiler I have now before I consider pulling the back of the car apart. Thanks!

Yes the holes are all the same for the High wing, Low wing, and z51 wing.
You will not have any additional holes left, they all have 4 mounting bolts.
You will need to remove the leftover 3M tape from your low wing when replacing.

If ithe low wing is ordered from the factory It’s bolted on. If the dealer installs it it’s put on with tape. So that would make a difference.
