Thank you for sharing !! Pictures are excellent, looks like this isn't your first time taking apart and reassembling a C6 ZR1.
I noticed you are staying with the factory radiator and fan (rather than say for example a DeWitts Pro Series Direct Fit radiator with ProSpeed dual fans), and a "refreshed" factory stock rear differential (rather than say for example an RPM Transmissions Stage IV w/Wavetrac differential )

The diff I stayed stock at the time cause I was at 900whp but a built diff is pretty insane think we are talking 6000$ if I recall and have seen people break them as quickly as stock diffs. As for the radiator and fan I honestly didn’t have the budget for it last build and I never had AC in the car so even at 900whp in 100* weather back to back pulls at 900whp did not have any heating issues. Now that was on a sleeved ls9 block I may need to do the upgrade with this iron block and do the Dewitt’s with pro speed fan. But I’m going to give it a shot and see if it works I’m in California so it doesn’t get super cold here may run more water than coolant to help with temps.

And no sadly not haha this is probably my 4th time tearing this car apart but should be last im
hoping only thing I have to fix in the next few years is blown drivetrain parts.

Why HELL YEAH I'm interested! I have just a little dailydriverlike bolt-on only ZR1 straining to push a measly 900whp but I LOVE these cars for their beauty and the potential they have. I certainly admire the guys who can and are willing to do most or all of the work themselves....not me for sure.

I have a little passion for doing the work mostly saves me about 30k in labor or so. Just sucks when you only have one toy and have to wait to play with it and you are just looking at it and working on it haha. Would be a lot nicer to pay someone and forget about it and get that call to come pick it up.
