Default Bigger radiator OR better oil cooler?

Budget is only going to allow one or the other.

Currently sitting in NYC traffic when it's 100°F+ my coolant and oil temps sit a little hotter than I'd like.

I have a YSI-B which is engine oil fed so I'm sure that's contributing to increased oil temps.

Would you think there would be a bigger increase in cooling with a bigger radiator or going to a stand alone oil cooler (like Dewitts or LG)?

Neither will help you by themselves. You need more than that.

If you want to help with lower temps, you need a tune that tweaks the fan, bigger fan, bigger radiator, and a lower stat.

I have a 170 stat, Dewitt's drop in radiator, and Dewitts Fan and a Diablo tuner to tweak the fan.

How hot was it? It is designed to run in a certain temp range. Some people don't like 220* but my 2014 will run that temp when it's 50*F out.

Mine too.
220 is NOT a problem with good oil. My oil temp varies slightly around 200.
FYI A lower temp rated thermostat doesn't always lower your normal running temp. It just changes the opening temp. My car's normal running temp is 220 even when using a lower temp stat. It didn't change 1 degree.
I've used a aftermarket oil cooler on another car, and it did help.

Correct. Spending money to make it run cooler than designed is a waste of money.

Guys he has a blower lol lol 😆, Lux did you change the thermostat? You have a horizonal or a vertical intercooler ?

I used a Katech 174 degree ( because the mishimoto are junk ) , I also adjusted the fans and added water wetter . In 90 degree weather, mine will run around 189 all day long even in traffic, oil is maybe 10 degrees hotter , if I make a couple of hard pulls it will jump up to 218 to 220 but cool right down .

My next step is adding the ZO6 600 watt fan ...
