Ok as some of you may know I had valve body failure in my c8 z06. Replaced VB noticed a lot of debris and recently had parking pawl fail. After pulling transmission and inspecting looks like the clutch snap ring failure that there is a TSB on. I still think the VB failure is debris related but in my case maybe due to mechanical failure as I’m not sure how long this was going on. Anywho, below are my findings .
I am not trying to scare anyone I am harder than most on my car so if anyone is gonna find failure points it’s probably gonna be me. I’m not blaming anyone just looking for solutions.

Wow. It's sort of like burying your head in the sand unknowingly. Thinking back to the original issue. I wonder how many of these transmissions that had the valve body replaced will develop this down the road?
Or how many modded C8s will?
I also wonder what they did to the ZR transmissions to avoid this problem?
9500 with shipping for this trans sounds like a deal until you factor in installation plus fluid etc cost. Realistically these trans replacements will be closer to what? 17k? 20K?
I will NOT own this car out of powertrain warranty that is for certain. Crazy good but they really upped the maintenance cost.
