2018 GS Build Plan - Anyone have a similar build?
Planning the following build on my 2018 GS A8. 35k miles, original owner, just putting some additional power under the hood as follows:
- Kooks Headers Race Long Tube Headers 2" Primary
- Kooks Headers Race X-Pipes
- Corsa Sport to Extreme Exhaust system
- DSX Flex Fuel Kit
- Pro Charger w/P1x upgrade
- DSX Aux fuel pump kit w/340LPH pump for 14UP CO
- MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor SParkPlug Wire Set
- Tuning & Dyno
Appreciate any feedback !

If you are looking for 650 at the wheels then you have to do something like this, otherwise for what you are going to pay for those mods you could sell the GS and buy a Z06 and still have more than enough HP. Of course all just IMO. .

Looks beautiful in that picture. Good luck with the build and let us all know how it works out.. If you aren't used to that much HP, be very careful. If it's comes close to 650 at the wheels it will be a handful especially with all-season run flats if that's what you have.

I've always known roots style blowers to generate MORE heat than cetri blowers.
Roots blower somewhat packages easier being bolted as an intake manifold vs a centri blower having to hang off the front/side of the motor.

However I understand liking YOUR car, especially if you are the original owner and factory built it and keeping it with you long term.
Prochargers and Kooks are quite common as far as mods go so I don't think you will have any issues.
