if you have the VIN, go to the c3 registry.com and see if it might be registered there, it might be an older entry, but its a good jumping off point. it might have changed colors etc over its lifetime so color might not help.

We are hoping someone in Atlanta area may have remembered the car from back in 1977/78. We are searching for documents and photo of tag. Most if not all destroyed/lost. Checked C3 registration - no match for black / red - We will continue search for more details - THANK YOU
