Default Lowering C8 Z06 w/o Front Lift

Just looking for information to lower my 2025 Z06 on stock suspension. I did a bit of research on C8 Z06 without Front Lift and found that the best option might be to Spin the collars to the left 11 turns on the Rear and 10 turns on the Front, because the rear is about 1/4 inch higher from factory. Has anyone who’s done it would do it again or would do something different? I’m not looking to change springs, just maximize the stock suspension.

I've done and it's overall a pretty easy job to do on your own but you'll need to get a coilover wrench set. Here's a good step-by-step video from Paragon (this also applies to Z06 models even though it states Z51). The video also includes a link to their wrench set:

Hope this helps. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

I would do them equally F to R. You don't really want to mess with the stock rake unless you are wanting to change the balance of the car.

Thanks to both!! I just ordered the wrenches, the ones I had didn’t fit. I didn’t think about the stock rake so I will do my research, I do drive every week day but I don’t track it. I’m doing it for the looks and honestly I think that I already ruined the balance of the car when I replaced the battery for a Lithium one. : )

So what I found is the following:
Why It Matters
Changing the rake, even by a small amount (like 10-15mm), shifts the car's center of gravity and changes the way weight transfers during cornering and braking

In my case, one additional turn is approximately 1.2mm, a 10th of what is considered a small amount. I can live with that.

Will the car need to be aligned after lowering?

Most likely but I intend to wait about 100 miles to see how it rides. I suspect that it will be similar to track alignment

I just lowered mine until there was a thread left showing on all four coil overs. It still has a slight rake and lowered it about an inch.
