Is there a common rubber refill that I can remove from another wiper and install in my Trico 33-150 wipers rather than pay $130 for new ones? I'll buy new ones, if necessary, but it seems like a waste.

Buy the Trico Classic 33-150 from O'Reilly's or the like and pull out the rubber and metal stays. Yeah, it feels wasteful to buy the metal backbone too, but for $22 it's a bargain compared to $130. I bought 4 of them last summer — 2 to strip and use and 2 to put away for some later date as insurance if Trico decides to stopping them.
In all my searching I couldn't locate just the refill rubber - and believe me I looked all over Trico's website.

Back in 2017, I bought 'Classic' refills from RockAuto ~$12 ea for R66, but I can't find them now. They do have refills for a 66, but no longer call them Classic. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...iacguBEA%3D%3D
Keen Parts reproduces the rubber wiper refills for use in Trico blades. Keen's repro's have the full row of "dots" just like the originals Trico inserts. The part number is 480146 and they sell them for $40 a pair.
OER reproduces the blades with inserts in the 66-67 dull finish, but there's no brand name on the holders and I don't think the inserts have the "dots". The OER part number is GS675 and they sell for around $50 a pair at Classic Industries, Summit Racing, Speedway Motors and others.
