tires and rims question

Hey guys, i drive a 2006 base and my tire sizes are Front: 245/40Z/R18 Rear 285/35Z/R19. A buddy of mine has a set of tires WITH rims that are Front: 245/35Z/20R and Rear:275/30z/20r. I know they dont line up exactly but would the new tires/rims combo fit if i took the old ones off?

They may fit, but will likely cause issues and errors with the traction control system as the diameters from front to rear only differ by 1.1% and the OEM sizes have a 4.7% difference in diameter.

Post pics of what the wheels look like. Or what vehicle does your friend have these wheels on currently? Are they on a C6?
