do they make / how do you carry drinks in the car - they have two cup holders, do they sell after market (like they did for the C6 and C7) to carry an additional drink?
and where do you put anything - seems you cannot carry anything inside the car - any suggestions -
There is another recent thread about this topic.... It would seem that the amount of stuff people like to bring in the the C8 varies widely.
For me, my water/drinks goes in one of the two cup holders, sunglasses and eye glasses when not on my head go in the driver door side pocket, phone goes in the charger under the control buttons, that leaves me with one additional phone charger and cup holder, glove box, console box and the passenger door pocket for any additional stuff I would need when driving. But, I am a minimalist when traveling, I can go on a two day business trip with one small backpack...
Edit: when "traveling" I put my backpack on the passenger seat, or in the frunk if I have a passenger...
There are no real solutions to be had, alas. Just people who will chime in to tell you you're using your car wrong if you want to bring a few things with you.
I do the cardboard drink holder, on the passenger floor, holding all four of the drinks (that I need to buy for my family) as the preferred method. Low center of gravity, equal distribution of weight - coupled with careful cornering - has worked well for me. Obviously, everyone’s miles may vary.
