Looking to do a corvette museum and factory tour in August and would like to hear any tips, things to do, and/or places to stay etc. (Stay near the museum or in Bowling Green?)
Thanks so much!!!
When we went we stayed at Hyatt Place down the road about 10 minutes. We were a group of 10 cars. They even set up a wash rack at the rear of the building. They were great to us.

MUSEUM delivery---BEST option GM offers. If I couldn't afford any other option, I would hold up a bank, steal what I could for that option. Totally worth the money and great experience !!! Congrats !!!
'25 HTC S/R Museum Delivery --1 yr old 6/25/26 (museum 5/25/25) just turned 10k miles.
Located very conveniently between the plant & museum. Has garages available, although they are narrow. I've always just gone cheap at the Super 8 next door.
Not always known whether plant tours will be available at a specific week. I got one for my R8C at the Bash in April.
I would second all the above recommendations. The railroad museum is good too.
Hotel sync is where you stay and I would never leave a couple black strips of fresh rubber near that parking lot when leaving.
LOL
Don't forget to get to ask for a cup of coffee at the front desk, it was the best drip coffee I have ever had.
Are factory tours back on all the time? They were shut down for a while and only turned on for certain weeks. Might want to check and make sure the factory tour is available when you want to go.
We stayed at the Sync, very nice hotel. Coffee was great. Novo Dulce in downtown was fantastic for dinner, highly recommended. Did the Mammoth Cave Historic tour and a few hikes. Did 3 Bourbon tours also, another great option.
