68 427 with Brodix Race Rite Heads Carb Help
Any one else running similar combination-I,m not having a lot of luck yet with getting this new build running correctly: Maybe need new carb & intake.
Below is the same cam I had with the stock iron heads, small valves. Car ran fine.

Int valve 2.250 Exh 1.88 dia.
new geometry recommended roller rockers-
still have the same stock aluminum 390 hp intake and a newer quadrajet I have been trying to get dialed in.
timing int @13 deg - 35 deg mechanical with vac advance 20-45 deg +-

I have read Cliffs book 10 times and still learning- I drilled idle tubes, channel restrictors and increased jet size/rods .077- .045 which as helped. I have been emailing Cliff as well for some thoughts.
No dyno in Nashville that do carbs anymore-I suppose I should get a GOOD AFR Kit or do I have a bag of worms on my hand with this carb and intake?
Any help/ thoughts would be great.
