Is there a preferred manufacturer for the vinyl headliners for a 67 hardtop? I’ve seen issues with the coupes on certain brands.
When I bought all of my stuff to redo my top from glassworks, I should have bought the complete kit with the headliner. Problem was I didn’t know what my interior color was at the time. Just looked at their site and the top is $230 but the shipping is $295. Summit has a Corvette America headliner for $300 and free shipping. Was curious if the glassworks headliner was worth the extra $225 over the CA.
Thanks guys. If I’m reading descriptions correctly, Al Knoch headliner doesn’t have a backing board and you spray adhesive them in. Their shipping was in the $20 range. CA uses a plastic backer and their shipping was $20 something dollars. Top Flight shipping was $22. The other common vendors said shipping rates were unavailable and didn’t say who made them.
I wonder if CA and top flight are folding the sides in to fit in a smaller box, have better shipping rate’s or are they eating some of the shipping cost?
Zip has free shipping on orders of 149.00 right now and it will probably be from glassworks
I ordered my rear window from them (Zip) free shipping and was drop shipped from glassworks
