Slight miss
Hey, I have a C6 LS3 with 80000 miles that has a slight miss on #8 cylinder. It has an Edelbrock supercharger that was installed about 10 years ago. It runs strong and my tuner says it isn't lean. I have changed plugs and wires, coils ,coil harness on passenger side. Swapped injectors and the miss stays on #8. The miss is not really that noticeable and not noticeable at all above idle. I've been told that valve guides could be the culprit. I don't want to just throw parts at it especially expensiveparts. Lol. Has anybody dealt with a problem like this and what did you do?

I assume you know the misfire is on cylinder 8 because it shows up on live misfire data on a scanner, right? You have already checked many of the usual suspects. Maybe the intake manifold gasket for that cylinder is leaking.

When you pulled the plugs, what did they look like? (Are your plugs, "blower" plugs? (1 step colder.))
Might as well pull the other bank's plugs, too. Wires are cheap, so a set wouldn't hurt.
