FYI - Engine Filter...

I took my 2024 HTC Stingray in for service yesterday. The complimentary first visit expires on the first week of July so went ahead and got it done. Looked at the part numbers and note they installed a PF64A filter. I looked at last year's invoice (I paid for that one), and they had installed a PF64.

I just had mine done over the weekend, I had an "AC DELCO PF64" and 7.5 qts oil. 25 SR Z51 HTC.

Apparently, the PF64 has been discontinued but there are some remaining stock available. The PF64A is the replacement going forward I guess.

Nothing wrong with them using the PF64A filter. It is the newest version for the car.

The PF64A meets the same specs as the PS64, but the interior build quality seems to be higher in the PS64A. Critical bypass valve is the same 22 PSI.
