Is this the reason for the lack of ZTK cars?

No, because ALCON is building ZTK/ZR1X brakes now and obviously they are struggling to make the increased production rates...

I think what Pete's asking is: is Alcon actually making the rotors or is Surface Transforms, resold under Alcon?
