Sub pump? A sump pump for pump water way from a house?
It's just a portable submersible pump. Hook a garden hose up to it and plug it in type. I only use it when I need to remove water from the top of my pool cover.
Do you have any water damage besides the computer?

ahh... thanks for the offer... I was able to get most of the water up with my shop vac.
"Do you have any water damage besides the computer"
no.. not really... a few wet tools and the sofa/chair is wet. C3 interior parts are wet... Just a big BIG mess. Lots of mud.
On wednesday I'm going to Woodbridge to watch john tune my car. Anyone want to go? John told me right off that I'm going to be 30rwhp short of my goal (500 Flywheel) because my exhaust goes from 3 inch to 2.5 into the cat and back out to 3 inch.

What time are you going to be there? This sounds like a good excuse for a road trip.
Listen to what John says about the exhaust, and especially the section from just behind the headers into the tunnel. I got a full 3" from Robert's because of what John said.
He said he would start dyno the car late in the day wednesday. Late afternoon 4pmish or later... Depends when his helper gets there.
Who is this Robert guy? John Mentioned him. John said I should take my car there to get 3inch all the way back. Where is his shop located???
Robert's Custom Exhaust. 703-492-4654 Not far from the end of Rt 234 (at Rt 1) in Woodbridge, across the tracks and down by the river. John has some of his business cards at his shop. He only takes cash and it took me a month wait to get in. He does good work.
847 Highams Court, Woodbridge, if you want to mapquest the location.
While we're on the topic of modification... I unintentionally modified my 'vette at the very end of october last year and it's still not quite right. I am thinking I need to get it on a dyno to find out what is making the set of weird noises. They're hard to hear over wind, but not hard to hear over the engine.
Does anyone have a good shop with a dyno that won't charge me an arm and a leg to check the problem?

Just the rims and tires and probably some bearings and perhaps the diff.... I hope I didn't modify the diff...
The noises and vibrations are so annoying though, and it feels like it's closer to losing it's footing in high-speed exit ramp situations.
I want to run it on a dyno so I can pinpoint what's creating the noises at 30, 45, and 70 miles / hour.
Mike
I'm sorry but I'm following you... You did you probably modify "some bearings and perhaps the diff"???? What parts did you take off and/or put on other then Rims and Tires? Do you have the stock C6 Rims and tires?
