Any idea if Hendersonville is going to bring back the Corvette car shows in the summer? I went to a couple two years ago, it was fun.

Default "Corvette Night" in Hendersonville, NC

You are correct, it was great fun to meet new people with a Corvette. Corvette night was started by an individual who happened to also start a local Corvette club. However, Corvette night was not affiliated with the local Corvette Club. It was solely handled by the individual who started it and who also discontinued it. Our club looked into sponsoring it last year and found that, as a small, new club, we did not have the manpower or financial backing to pull it off (liability insurance is quite expensive). We are hopeful that as we grow we will be able to revive it if the individual does not. It is a big loss for "Music on Main" as locals and tourists alike loved being up close and personal to all the beautiful Corvettes.

We may try to pop over for some of your events, but it's about a 200 mile round trip for us.
We especially like to try and attend events that support Veterans as well as Toys for Tots type events.
Best wishes as you work to develop your club and kudos to everyone involved!

When y'all put something together please post up and I'll see if I can make it as well. Next time you head West towards the mountains I'd like to know that too.

That would be Apple Country Corvette Club out of Hendersonville. They cruised to near Johnson City, TN., for lunch. Check out their club page for info and check out the group.

They just had their first Corvette show this month with a great turnout. They are very active and growing every month.
Happy cruising!
