*Orlando, FL Cars & Cafe "Saturday" 10/30/10*
Fellow Automotive Enthusiast,
This week, several defensive players associated with the National Football League displayed symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D). This virus-like illness can affect anyone who is punished (up to 11% of gross earnings) for excellent performance while delivering earth shattering impact for the company’s entire shareholding community. Even worse, this plague is known to bring entire economies to a halt when skies are grey, humidity is high and precipitation durations exceed 5 minutes per 24 hours. No wonder Florida is in trouble! Thankfully, brighter days are literally ahead. According to the latest metrics, S.A.D. is on the decline as the amount of “CUP” rated rubber on the nation’s roads has increased by greater than 50%. Even better, The Orlando Automotive Club’s Cars and Café , an event almost immune to S.A.D. is also expected to see a significant spike. In other words, you could not pick a better time to check out The Orlando Automotive Club’s Cars and Café @ The Route 46 Entertainment District. It’s the only place where the breakfast is awesome, the lunch is to die for and S.A.D. is always kept at bay.

By now, the word about the Orlando Automotive Club’s commitment to charity is spreading but just to emphasize the point, we would like to remind everyone that:
• Recurring canned food drives & special initiatives meant to shed light on worthy causes like the natural disasters and help for needy children are a staple of the club and our Cars and Café meet. We are officially partnered with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orlando and the majority of our collected cans contribute to the great work they do in our community.

We are proud of our sponsors and are always looking for new and enthusiastic organizations to join our already exceptional group. These sponsors are a special group of business leaders who serve the incredibly important function of providing hundreds of dollars in raffle prizes for you, the motorsport enthusiast. However, if you have not been to one of our meets and have not experienced our raffle, you need to know that the key to winning a prize is giving back! In specific, for each can that you bring to the meet, you get one extra raffle ticket so do the math and give back!

I'll be there this Saturday, OCTOBER 30th!! Hope to see lots of Forum Vettes there!!
It's in Sanford, on Rte 46 just about 1/2 mile east of I-4, exit 101-C. A link to a map of the location is below.
It runs from 9:00 AM to noon. Bring cans of food and get a raffle ticket for each can you bring. You might win a shirt, detailing supplies, window tinting, a tattoo, or the coveted water bottle!!
No entry fees, no judging, no pressure event - just drive in, park, walk around, have some coffee or breakfast, look at the other great cars, and yak with other gear heads!!
There will be all kinds of cars there: Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, Corvettes, Vipers, BMWs, AMG MBs, Aston Martins, Mazdas, Hondas, Nissans, etc. (i.e., some of EVERYTHING!!)
