Actually, I haven't bought any parts yet....I'm just starting the process.
I've owned the car only since Dec, 2010. It has 65,000 miles on it and has the standard "rocks in a can" sound when I start off in 1st. From what I read on the Forum.....this is kind of normal and indicative of worn pilot bearing, throw-out, etc. When the car is cold there is no noise...only after it warms up (I assume some of the tolerances change with heat). The clutch functions fine....but if i'm going to go through the process of getting certain things fixed then I'll bite the bullet and get it all changed..including the torque tube bushings.......do it once and do it right! Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Bob
