Didn't see you there at the races. We hung out by the C5R pits and tent for a good part of the weekend (we also liked the action at the hairpin and chicane, they were good places to hang out as well). We didn't want to try to battle against the crowd to get to the podium (we had talked to Kelly a bit, and he gave us his podium hats :D ). It was a great weekend, we had a ball.
Wiz
7:30 AM through 6:00 PM. I was at the C5R Paddock around 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM when it was rather quiet.
Had great conversations with Ron Fellows and Any Pilgrim (away from crowd in the A/C of their Winnabego).
I took over 600 Photos, and worked around corner 1, although, I did do corner 6, but really didn't like it from
the perspective of a photographer.
John I hope you are coming to the show. I go the Corvette Team to autograph Photos I did at Petit Lemans at
Road Atlanta and they provided autographed SHIRTS...plut few other things...they will be raffled off. J. Bell
donated half day of drivers school or 400+ dollars toward full course...and we go several other things that are
really nice...like ZANIO Polish from Sal.
Show is looking real go on 4 Aug...check web site www.nvcorvetteclub.com click on Concours 2002 for
additional news.....
CYA John... :yesnod:
