Cruisin' the Coast 2017
Hello everyone!!
Just wondering who's doing Cruisin' the Coast this year? We will be there! Coming in on Sept. 30 from Cypress, Texas.
It been a few years since we have gone, so I'm pretty excited about this year.

I will be bringing my 81 vette. Buddy bringing his 73 Torino. Trailing them both we will be leaving 10/1 early morning from Spring Texas. Also can't wait been the last 2 years, nothing like it! First time staying all week!

I'll be there. Our club (Mississippi Gulf Coast Corvette Club) is one of the host clubs and we will be volunteering at various venues. Always look forward to Cruisin'. Should be a great time!

I will be there with my 88 35th. I live in Diamondhead. My brother has been in for several years with his 66 Chevy pickup. Looking forward to my first year entered,

I can't go next weekend so I'm headed down this Saturday and staying until Tuesday. I've never been to this before so I'm not sure what to expect. I know a lot of stuff, such as the swap meet, does not start until later in the week. Does anyone know if there will be plenty of cars there to check out Sunday through Tuesday? Regardless I'm looking forward to it. And if anyone has any "must check out"'s I'm open to suggestions. Thanks, Tony

There are quite a few cars around already (I live here). The bigger events start on Wednesday but there is some stuff happening at Cruise Central on Tuesday afternoon or just cruise along Highway 90 from Ocean Springs to Bay St. Louis. Lots of good places to eat and have a cold one. If you want something quick and easy with a laid back atmosphere try Shaggys or Blind Tiger. I am sure there will be plenty of cars around those spots as they are on the beach and quite popular.

Tony,
Monday night is the big parade in Long Beach. They are expecting between 5 and 600 cars to take part. Any registered Cruiser with an 89 or older vehicle can ride. The parade rolls around 5:00? Line up starts at 1:00. Should be quite a show.
