Visiting SW Florida this week, any stores that sell Corvette apparel?
My wife and I are flying into Fort Lauderdale early tomorrow morning and then driving across Alligator Alley and spending a week on Marco Island. We'll also be spending a bit of time in Fort Myers.
My question is, are there any stores in these areas that sell Corvette apparel? Now that I have traded my C6 for a C7 I need to update my wardrobe a little bit! I know there are a lot of places online to order this type of stuff but the shipping costs make a $30 t shirt cost me something like $70 Canadian! Yikes! So I was hoping to find an actual brick and mortar store to buy from while I'm down there.
Many places ship for free within the US. Have it shipped to the place you are staying in Florida. The corvette museum website and corvettestoreonline probably a good couple places to start.
That's a good idea, I never thought of that, although I would be worried it might not arrive before we left. By the way, I saw three 2019 ZR1s doing some testing along Alligator Alley! They were going the opposite direction so I could not get pictures. I am hoping I might see them at a rest stop during my stay here!
Also, I ended up ordering a nice C7 hoodie from the Canada GM store, it was pricey though ($92 with tax and shipping)

Some dealers sell a limited assortment of Corvette merchandise. (hats, t-shirts). Call around or go for a nice drive enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Rick Hendrick has a dealership in Naples that isn't too far from where we are staying, I figured one of his places must carry a good selection of apparel
About the only place you'll find anything is at a dealership. Estero Bay Chevrolet is the 5th largest sellers of Corvettes in FL., but they don't have a lot.
However, once you see how wonderful the Naples area is, I'll be happy to sell you a property here! We can shop around in my 2017 Z06 coupe.
We love Naples a lot but Marco Island is our happy place! We will never buy property here though, it makes more financial sense for Canadians to rent if we are only going to be here for 3-4 months a year
We are going to Naples tomorrow and plan on stopping by Rick Hendricks Chevrolet dealership, I'm hoping to find a nice polo shirt with the C7 logo on it
You might want to try "Muscle car city" in Punta Gorda. It's an hour north of Naples and as a car guy it's a must see. They might have the largest collection of Vettes in existence. If I remember they have a section there that is merchandise and apparel.

This is the shirt I got from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, only $15! I wanted a C7 polo shirt, surprisingly they only had C6 polos, you'd think by now they would be more up to date
